Information We Collect

When you submit an assessment request through our contact form, we collect the following information: your name, email address, company name, message, and optionally your phone number. We do not collect any information automatically beyond what Cloudflare Web Analytics gathers (see Analytics section below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: respond to your assessment request, communicate with you about our services, and deliver services if you engage us for a project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Process Your Data

When you submit the contact form, your information is sent via Resend API to contact@ezero.ai. Currently, form submissions are delivered by email only and are not stored in a database. We plan to implement CRM storage in the future, at which point this policy will be updated.

Your data is processed on servers operated by Resend and Cloudflare in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), does not use cookies, and does not track individual users across sites. It provides us with aggregate data about page views and visitor geography.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use any first-party or third-party cookies for advertising, analytics, or user identification purposes.

We retain the information you provide through our contact form only as long as necessary for the business relationship. If you request deletion of your data, we will comply within 30 days.
